Industrial sliding door, the door plate is made of double-layer sandwich hot-dipped galvanized steel plate with surface polyester process treatment, and the core material is polyurethane insulating heat preservation layer with a thickness of 42mm. the end face of the door body is configured with a box-type sealing edge, and the connecting hinges are mounted on the sealing edge so that the door body is embedded in the track. The bottom and top are fixed with top and bottom sealing strips and lateral sealing strips made of spherical vinyl resin along the width and height direction of the door to prevent wind, rain and infiltration.
The Sliding Door balancing system consists of torsion springs, winding wheels and rigid shafts and locking and fixing flanges, etc. The wheels are wound with steel cables, which are connected to the bottom of the door body with an anti-cable breakage device. Therefore, it is easy to lift the door body without motor in the balanced state.
